Orangehat visits the South West of Cornwall frequently on trips to meet with Oh artists and Potters. Sourcing new and exciting pieces in this way is very important to the Orangehat brand. Our Philosophy is that we can only enthuse about the works we sell if they are hand-picked and we love them ourselves. Knowledge gained on these visits is so important and enables us to inform and advise clients on individual pieces in stock that they may be considering. New original paintings and limited edition signed prints are continually added to the website and will include works by Ben Nicholson, Barbara Hepworth, Henry Moore, Fred Yates, Sir Terry Frost, Bryan Pearce, Wilhelmina Barns-Graham, Joan Speight, Reg Watkiss, Linda Weir, Michael Strang, Ken Howard and John Emanuel amongst others. Also at Orangehat will be fantastic new Ceramics by our favourite potters working in their own unique way but following the Japanese and Leach tradition. Names to look out for are Honourary Leach lead potter John Bedding, Adrian Brough and Peter Swanson. Also complementing these Contemporary potters you will find the ever popular Troika pottery which makes a fantastic addition to a Modern interior.
